The 2025–2029 Strategic Plan outlines Community Link’s bold vision for strengthening services, expanding opportunities, and investing in the future of the individuals we support. Over the next five years, we will enhance our Adult Day and community employment programs, grow our CILA residential options, strengthen recruitment and retention efforts, and build the infrastructure needed for long-term sustainability. This plan has been developed by the Strategic Planning Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Guided by our mission, vision, and values, this plan ensures that every step forward creates more meaningful choices, greater independence, and a stronger community for people with developmental disabilities.
