Excel Makes Buddy Walk Sweet
Breese, IL — Community Link would like to thank Excel Bottling Company for producing the limited-edition Sweetest Mile strawberry lemonade soda for the 2025 Buddy Walk. Excel donated $3158 to the Community Link Buddy Walk from the proceeds of the sales. Community Link also appreciates the retailers that sold the soda and everyone who purchased a bottle.
With the support of the community, sponsors, donors, and attendees, Community Link raised an amazing total of $180,268, far surpassing their goal of $150,000. Planning is already underway for the 20th Annual Community Link Buddy Walk on September 19, 2026, with big goals to mark the milestone year.
