Michelle Delfel Welcomed as New Director of Donor Engagement

Breese, IL – Community Link is pleased to announce the addition of Michelle Delfel to our team as the Director of Donor Engagement.  Michelle is responsible for sharing the stories of the program participants and building support through special events, as well as annual, recurring, and legacy giving.

Just as Community Link is dedicated to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, Michelle is dedicated to inform the community about the benefits of services provided.  She is impressed by the long-standing connection with local families and plans to increase opportunities to engage.  This is an exciting time to share our successes as we prepare to celebrate 50 years of service.

Michelle has previously served as the Fundraising Manager for the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate in Belleville, IL for 15 years.  She earned her Bachelor Degree of Fine Art from Washington University in St. Louis.  She has also recently become a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional practice.  Michelle lives in St. Louis with her husband Dave and enjoys camping and water sports.
