Ayanna Hawkins is New Community Link Residential Assistant Director
Breese, IL- Community Link welcomes new Assistant Director of Community Living Programs, Ayanna Hawkins to its staff. Ayanna comes to Community Link with over 8 years of knowledge and experience of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Prior to Community Link, Ayanna has worked as a Program Manager for CILA homes throughout St. Clair County and worked with the developmentally disabled population since 2016. She has certifications as a QIDP and a QMHP, with over three years of supervisory experience. She has worked alongside Community Link in the past, when she served individuals who attended Community Link day program at the Fairview Heights location.
In her new role, she will be supervising Community Link’s Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Program Managers and will be providing added support to the Team Leaders and all 8 of Community Link’s CILA homes. Ayanna is looking forward to settling into her new position and getting to know her staff and CILA residents.
