Unmasking the Possibilities Gala
Breese, IL – The Board of Directors of the Special Needs Foundation for Community Link is preparing for their annual Unmasking the Possibilities gala. The proceeds of this event grow the endowment fund, which leaves a lasting legacy for years to come. On March 29, the gala will be held at the American Legion in Breese, IL. The evening will be a Mardi Gras themed casino night, with tables and games set up around the Legion for guests to enjoy.
“I am proud and thankful to be part of this organization with such an amazing legacy of families securing the future of their loved ones with developmental disabilities,” shared Helen Heimann, board president of the Special Needs Foundation for Community Link. “We are within sight of reaching the milestone of $1 million invested in our endowment fund. This incredible accomplishment is due to the selfless dedication of so many prior board members, friends, and donors over the years.”
Doors open for a cocktail reception at 5pm. The silent auction, photo booth, and a few casino games will be available as guests arrive. Dinner is catered by Cygan and Delaney and will begin at 6pm. The program of the evening will begin around 7, and all casino games will open at 7:30pm. The game winners will be drawn at 9:45pm and the night will conclude at 10pm.
