Jessica Henry Promoted to Assistant Director of Community Living Programs
Breese, IL – Community Link is excited to announce the promotion of Jessica Henry to Assistant Director of Community Living Programs for the Community Integrated Living Arrangement department.
Henry has worked at Community Link since 2021 as both a Team Leader and a QIDP/Program Manager. In this time, she has overseen two CILA homes. She has been the supervisor of the staff of those homes and was in charge of scheduling, staffing, and daily operations. She has also worked with the individuals who live in these homes on their individual needs, while helping them reach their personal goals.
Previously, Henry worked as a Community Living Supervisor for Easter Seals Midwest for 8 years. She was responsible for day-to-day operations of the home and care of the residents.
