Community Link Names New Executive Director

Breese, IL - - Community Link’s Board of Directors named Lynn (Ripperda) Huelsmann as its next Executive Director. She will begin employment with Community Link on July 8th.

With 18 years nonprofit experience, Ms. Huelsmann served the last three years as the Executive Director for Burns Recovered—an organization that assists burn survivors live life to the fullest without limitations, fear or insecurity. She also has significant experience in fundraising and public relations with nonprofit organizations and foundations. Ms. Huelsmann holds a master’s degree in public administration and policy analysis from Southern Illinois University—Edwardsville.

As a native of Clinton County, Ms. Huelsmann has strong ties to the area and is eager to make a difference in the community. “I look forward to working with the community, the Board of Directors, our staff, volunteers, donors and the individuals we are privileged to serve,” she stated.
